Details of your current employment for Self Assessment tax returns.

Rental Property & CGT Planning

Your buy-to-let property details for tax returns and Capital Gains Tax planning for the potential sale. Don't worry - we'll calculate everything and show you how to minimise your tax bill!
Your best estimate - doesn't need to be exact. We'll help you refine this closer to sale.
Total rent received this tax year - we'll split this 50/50 for your tax returns.
50/50 Ownership Confirmed via Declaration of Trust Each of you reports half the rental income and half of any capital gain.
Approximate dates are fine - this helps us calculate your PPR relief accurately.
Approximate timing helps us plan the CGT reporting.
โœ“ CGT Planning & Advice Included We'll calculate your CGT liability, apply all available reliefs (including PPR if applicable), advise on optimal timing to minimise tax, and handle all HMRC reporting. This is all included in your tax return service at no extra cost!
