Telesales Representative – Cold Calling Specialist (Accounting Services)

Are you confident on the phone and motivated by results? We're looking for a Telesales Representative to join our team at LOYALS Accountants & Business Consultants.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our accounting services. Your goal will be to identify their tax and financial needs and explain how LOYALS can support them in achieving their goals with tailored solutions. You'll play a key role in generating leads, booking consultations, and building awareness of our services across sectors such as construction, beauty, hospitality, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients daily

• Identify and understand client needs in relation to accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance

• Communicate the benefits of our services clearly and professionally

• Record and manage leads using our internal systems

• Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and improve conversion

Ideal Candidate:

• Confident, friendly, and clear communicator

• Organised and proactive, with a results-driven mindset

• Previous telesales or customer service experience is a bonus but not essential

• A good understanding or interest in business, tax, and financial services is advantageous
